Owner & Transaction Coordinator

Dawn Parker is a skilled transaction coordinator with extensive experience in the real estate industry. After obtaining her real estate license in 2014, she worked as an executive assistant for a top-producing REALTOR® and advanced to Director of Operations as the team expanded. Dawn has also gained valuable insights from her training in title and escrow processes. In January 2021, she launched her own business, providing transaction coordination services, compliance reviews for brokerages, and training for other transaction coordinators.

Outside of work, Dawn is the proud wife of a disabled USAF veteran, a mother to a UCO student majoring in Forensic Science and Criminal Justice, and a dog mom to their Australian Labradoodle, Chiweenie, and miniature Dachshund.
